Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. The first thing I wanted to mention goes back to the previous update post I had done at the end of October. I mentioned that I was going away on a business trip for a few weeks. As of yesterday, I am officially back, for good. And not a moment too soon. While the trip was an overall success and had it’s moments of fun, excitement and was filled with information, it also had it’s moments of frustration, fatigue and the feeling that it had run it’s course toward the end (pretty much the entire last week). I’ve never spent 4 weeks in a hotel room with a rental car before. I’m sure there’s some out there that do it all the time, but it was an entirely new experience for me. Unfortunately, I was not able to get away from my co-workers like I thought I would be able to. The ‘expectation’ from management was “We’re here, so we need to make the most of it.” Which translates into long hours and dinner meetings pretty much everyday. However, I did try to make an effort to post something at least once a week. I know it’s less than what everyone expects, but it was the best I could do on such short notice and with limited free time away from the others to be able to do so.
So, that being said, I am going to do my best to post as much as possible in the next few days. As always, I have a ton of images that are ready to go up, I just need to get some text to them and actually get them uploaded and set to their specific galleries. I do know that there are some of you that are likely awaiting a reply from me from some place or another (email, messages, DMs, etc.). I will do my best to try to reply to everyone as soon as I can.
I hope everyone has a great week, especially those in the States celebrating Thanksgiving! It’s probably my favorite holiday. A moment to reflect on what’s important, eat the typical Thanksgiving Day standards, spend time with friends and family and of course, watch football, lol. Whatever your Thanksgiving day traditions, I hope it’s a memorable day.
