Sorry for the delayed response. For some reason I did not see this until just now. I just ran through my list of members and I do not see you on the list. Is this the username that you subscribed with? Are you sure that you actually purchased a membership? If you do not see it and I do not see it, makes it sound like it did not go through for some reason. Do you have access to the galleries? Are you still being billed?
Please let me know so that I can get to the bottom of this.
