Hi,
the quality of the pictures / settings is very good, but I was surprised that there are no real galleries. Just single pictures (sometimes more).
So 20 bucks for just a few single pictures ? hmmm.
Will you create more ?
Real galleries of a setting with e.g 20 pics each setting ?
Okili Dokili,
Understood :-)
Hi,
that is interesting: I have tried out to get the mulitangle pictures of Kim's Siltex Escort, but there is only a heart button and an arrow button that downloads a single picture. In the text there is a link : www.martyrbondage.com/kims-siltex-escort. That one only leads me to the join page. I dont see any multi angle pictures . Right click, left click, I have tried everything. (I am using Mac with Safari).
This is confusing. This is something (if I were you) that should be made easier . . .
Thank you !
Hi Martin,
yes I can imagine that you put a lot of effort in the pictures. The results show that clearly.
No, what i meant is following: I expected more different angles, simply more pictures of a given setting.
As soon as you have arranged one setting, you could render more than one picture.
(from fron, side, below and so on . . .).
However, I appreciate your work. Really. Just go on and make more . . . :-)
Hello,
I'm glad that you like the quality of the pictures. I have to ask, I'm not sure what you mean by 'real' galleries. Are you referring to actual photographs taken with a camera of human models? If so, that is just not what I do. I don't have the equipment, the space, the knowledge, the time to adjust to someone else's schedule for shooting, nor the modelling talent available to be able to produce content of that kind. I would love to be able to, but it is just not possible at this point in my life.
Just to be clear, there are several galleries of stories available in the 'Trussed Tales' membership ($20) that are works in progress and some that are completed. Some of them have a few images, some of them have more. But this is an extremely time consuming process just to create one picture. I have to start with a blank 'canvas', add characters, add clothing, add hair, pose every little inch of them (all the way from their eyelids to their smallest pinky finger joint to their toes.) Everything. Then, if they are bound, the restraints have to be added, an enforcer (like a police officer) will often be added and has to interact with the female, so they need to be posed. Then the environment comes in, the positioning of the environment, the camera angles and focusing, then the lighting. The lighting alone can take quite a bit of time. Then, there is the rendering process. These images are built in a 3 dimensional work space, so the final product you see, looks nothing like what I see when creating them. The rendering process can often take several hours (usually, I let them render overnight or while I am at work). Then there is the post production of putting the image into an editing software and fixing anything that may need to be corrected. Then if there is a story, it takes a decent amount of time to create a story and type something up. So that being said, one single image can take anywhere from about 10 hours to several days to complete in it’s entirety. I create new scenes and images every single day of my life and literally don’t do anything outside of my job other than this. Believe it or not, this is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, 365 day a year process. If I am at work, sleeping or at the grocery store, an image is rendering. If I am at home, I am creating, posing and editing a new scene. My computer does not get a break from this. It is on every single second of every day, working and making new images for everyone.
Aside from all the time and effort it takes to create these images, it is also quite costly. Just do a simple google search for any kind of prop for the program ‘Daz3D’ or ‘Daz Studio’ and you will see that even just a simple tee shirt or hair prop can cost upwards of $20 each. Not to mention all the characters, environments, skins, shapes, textures/shaders and other props and tools that go into designing these scenes.
There are a few stories that are more than just a few scenes, and there are some that are not. I don’t feel that every story warrants 20 or more images and if that were the case, nothing else would ever get done because a LOT of time goes into making a story of that caliber. Often weeks or months. I am currently working on something like that now, and it is extremely time consuming. I am just a single man, that does 100% of everything on this site and I still have a 40+ hour a week job that I have to go to to support myself. I’m sorry if you feel that you might not be getting the amount of content that you were expecting, but it is just physically not possible for me to produce 20+ images for every single story or idea, and unfortunately that just doesn’t make sense to me from a production standpoint. If I could take a snapshot like a camera and get a 100 different angles, poses and expressions in a matter of seconds, then yeah, that would be great. But I need to be able to express different themes, stories, ideas and concepts and with the current workflow and setup it would take absolutely forever. My customers would be paying each month to basically just get one story and one idea that may have to span over several months’ time, and I can guarantee that nobody is going to be patient enough to wait around for that. So single image vignettes are a must based on the amount of time each story takes to create.
Again, I’m sorry if you feel that you are not getting the amount of content that you expected, but that is why there are several different membership levels available. Not everyone wants the stories, and sometimes they don’t even want the full out bondage, so the lower level tiers ($2, $5 and $10) are available for that reason. The stories take by far the most amount of time, effort and work to create, so they are at the $20 tier. That’s just how any business is going to run. The more time, effort and demand, the more money it is going to cost.
Thank you for your support and your inquiry. Please let me know if I have answered everything that you were asking, because like I said, I wasn’t sure what you meant by ‘real’ galleries.
